TERMS AND CONDITIONS
You have purchased or received 1 x Photo Shoot Gift Voucher session, these sessions are 20 minutes in length and you will receive 20 images via digital download.
There will be a range of dates released via Email, Instagram and Facebook available to the recipients of these sessions only - the times available to the recipient will be given as a first come first served basis.
More dates will be added if required.
If dates do not suit the recipient then alternate dates may be arranged with consultation between both parties.
These dates and times are subject to change at the discretion of Kye Bobby in relation to the Covid-19 restrictions.
These photography sessions will be held at a location of Kye Bobby's choice within the CAMDEN/MACARTHUR AREA.
These vouchers can be used towards a larger package on a different date if the recipient chooses.
Photo Shoot Gift Voucher sessions must be completed before the end of 2023 unless unable to due to Covid-19.
The Photo Shoot Gift Voucher is for up to 5 people and is for the recipient and their immediate family only.
Kye Bobby Photography reserves the right to change any terms contained in the Terms of Use at any time.
They are not exchangeable or redeemable in whole or in part for any cash equivalent. The vouchers and gift certificates cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, prize or promotion. Only one (1) Gift Certificate or Promotional voucher/certificate can be used at a time. You cannot use the gift certificate or promotional voucher to purchase products from any other photo sessions.
This gift voucher is intended for the person whose email was nominated at purchase as the recipient and not to be transferred to anyone else. As Kye Bobby will use the email address nominated to communicate with the recipient, doing so may cause the person transferred the voucher to miss out.
